1. In your DivvyDiary settings, you will find the new section Withholding Tax.

3. The DivvyDiary partner page of DivTax will open. There, you can create a free DivTax account.
4. After creating your account, a large pop-up window will appear where you confirm the link to your DivvyDiary portfolio.
5. Your DivvyDiary portfolio is now linked. DivTax automatically identifies refund potentials in your dividend history. If you have maintained your transactions in DivvyDiary, you can click Start Application and begin the refund request. If you have not maintained your transactions, you can enter them in DivTax under "Manage Portfolio" for the individual securities of the participating countries.
6. During the "Start Application" process, you provide DivTax with some additional information for the application. At the end of the process, thanks to the DivvyDiary partnership, you receive a 10% discount on the DivTax processing fee. DivTax takes care of everything else and ensures that foreign tax authorities refund the overpaid withholding tax to your bank account.
