On our security detail page (e.g. for Coca-Cola) we offer as of today evaluations of the Total Return over the last 1, 3, 5 or 10 years.

We calculate with an exemplary starting capital of 10.000€, which was invested in the security at the beginning of the period. We calculate the price gain and the dividends received up to the present day. Using the total return and the total compound annual growth rate (CAGR), we break down per security how an investment in the security would have performed overall.

You also have the option to conveniently compare the total return of your selected security with any other security (benchmark). So you can see at a glance which security would have been the better investment:

With the checkbox reinvest dividends you can simulate how well a security would have performed if the dividends had been reinvested in the same security at the time of distribution.
